We are proud to share that Superintendent Luke Rasmussen has been selected by Voices for Utah Children as one of their “40 for 40 Years” honorees.
In celebration of their 40th anniversary, Voices for Utah Children is recognizing 40 influential leaders, organizations, and advocates who have made a lasting impact on the lives of Utah’s children. Superintendent Rasmussen is being honored for his lifelong commitment to helping students achieve their fullest potential.
From his early work teaching at-risk youth to raising Ogden High School’s graduation rate to 96%, and now guiding Ogden School District to record gains in early literacy, advanced coursework access, and employee retention — Superintendent Rasmussen has shown an unwavering belief that every student deserves the opportunity to succeed.
We are deeply grateful to Voices for Utah Children for recognizing his efforts and for their decades of advocacy on behalf of Utah’s children and families.
Together, we celebrate this recognition and the ongoing work to ensure equity, excellence, and opportunity for every student in Ogden.
